Krajewskiego\, online platforma ZOOM \nLink do rejestracji w przypadku uczestnictwa online: https://ora-warszawa-pl.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_NrZ94d4ySu2j_80v-z-sow \nWykład będzie dotyczył następujących zagadnień: “The Structure of the CJEU – and how it affects the Jurisprudence on the Free Movement of Goods analyses three recent judgments on the free movement of goods (Articles 34–37 TFEU). It will turn out that there is a certain lack of coherence in the case law. The focus will then shift to the organisation of the Court. The argument here is that the Court’s structure is in the way of a systematic and coherent development of the jurisprudence.” Why we still ought to know about the common law – even after Brexit introduces some of the characteristic features of the common law\, such as the prominent role of case law\, and the separation between law and equity. As a starting point for a comparison between English\, French\, and German law\, the right to bring a contract to an end for breach will be analysed Finally\, the influence of these three legal system on international conventions will be highlighted.” \nWykład będzie w języku angielskim. \nSerdecznie zapraszamy!
